Clockwork

Clockwork handles proposals and time tracking for agencies. Most tools treat those as separate concerns, which is why an agency often discovers that a project was unprofitable only after it has shipped, been invoiced, and closed out for the quarter.

The estimate lives in one system and the logged hours in another, and nothing reconciles them while there is still time to act. Modelling both against the same project record makes that comparison continuous rather than something reconstructed later.

Variance becomes a query instead of a spreadsheet exercise. The constraint that shaped the interface was entry friction, because time data is only ever as good as the habit of recording it, and a slow logging flow produces numbers nobody quite trusts.
